Return/Exchange Policy

 

We, at Hats On Us, strive to make your shopping a pleasure.  We will accept returned unworn or undamaged merchandise in its original package within 30-days of it's delivery for an exchange or credit that can be used toward future purchases. Shipping charges are not refundable and THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS.

 

Hats On Us will make every effort to process exchanges in a timely manner. You can expect your exchange to be returned within 4 weeks from the time you mail your returned merchandise to Hats On Us. However, during the Major Holiday seasons,the return/exchange procedure may take longer to process due to the holiday rush. If desired merchandise/hat is no longer available, we will provide store credit or refund of merchandise minus shipping charges. 

 

Please return your merchandise/hat in the original packaging materials undamaged and resalable along with the completed exchange/return slip form. We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method and insure your package. We are not responsible for hats damaged in shipping. If original box is not available, please use a durable shipping package marked 'fragile' to ensure merchandise will be delivered undamaged. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE. If you chose to use U.S. Postal Service or if you chose to use UPS or FedEx please use our address below.

Upon receiving and inspecting the merchandise/hat, and the completed Exchange/Return Slip, Hats On Us will process your refund usually in 5 - 7 business days.
